| PRE FABRICATED CABINET |
| Double walled cabinet structure with dirt repellant power coated GI 0.5mm thick outer and stainless steel (304 grade) non magnetic inner surface with 60mm/80mm/100mm/150mm polyurethane (Puff Density 42 + 2 kg /cum). Cam lock fitted prefabricated panel duly sealed to prevent leakage. A Flushed door duly insulated will be provided. The door fitted with heavy duty Gravity Hinges (imported) with sweep gasket to prevent leakage will be provided. The door fitted with heavy duty hinges and lock system. See through hatch window with double Toughened Vacuum Glass Panel will also be provided. Castor arrangement (optional). |

| Package unit with Emerson make compressor (Hermetically sealed) with low voltage start with all accessories and fan cooled condenser are fitted to give efficient cooled desired temperature. |

| HUMIDIFICATION |
| The Humidification system will be provided externally through cold vapor injection system inside the chamber. This system works to control humidity inside the chambers. Vapor is instantly switched on and off by the microprocessor based P.I.D. Humidity controller, it provides superior humidity control, even at below – ambient conditions. |
